Use of PandaBridge and this website constitutes agreement to these Terms.
PandaBridge is a discretionary receivables-purchase and rent-performance program. Acceptance into the program does not guarantee future receivable purchases or funding. The Company may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate program participation at its sole discretion.
Users agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, maintain account security, and not use the platform for unlawful purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Disputes shall be governed by New York law and resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County, New York.
